Tuesday morning@ camp

Brrrr…it was chilly last night….58 degrees with a gentle breeze.

Reville was sounded at 7am sharp by troop 777’s excellent bugler and it got EVERYONE wide awake.  This was a good thing since everyone was extra tired last night from the fun of the first day.  (I noticed that everyone was moving a little slower and groaning under their breath….well maybe that was just me….)

Breakfast of eggs and taylor ham was eagerly consumed as a sandwich before morning announcements.  Our troop served as waiters today and did a great job of serving and cleaning.

I had a second morning of leader training and got many great tips to help our troop continue to thrive.

Following lunch club activities we enjoyed cheesesteaks” loaded” baked potatoes and italian ices.

Now everyone is heading to various sports and other outdoor activities.  Free swim is later today followed by siesta and dinner.  Later tonight is “night owl swim”@ the pool and fingerprinting merit badge.

Pray for a rest filled evening.
